        Overall

        Very unhappy with this team. They only offer auction prices for trade ins when they sell themselves for $4,000 to $5,000 more for the same car with far fewer options. That is usuary folks. People want and deserve an honest deal. I actually told the salesman I was not interested if he was going to offer an auction price and kept me there just to offer me auction price. That was not respectful of my time. I have a fully loaded 2013 Kia Optima SX Turbo (fully loaded) so it is not a junk car.
