Horrible Service. Long wait. Mediocre food. Over priced. Dont go here if you have children who want to eat. Took over 1 hour 40 minutes for them to bring a kids meal out for my toddler. My friends grilled shrimp came out raw. Our server had to be asked to bring out the bread after over an hour of us just sitting there waiting to order food. Had to ask 3 times to get a refill of lemonade, and finally had to stan... view more

service gets worse and worse with every visit

I have dined here 10 times....each experience gets worse and worse thanks to the service. \r \r Food is excellent each time. \r \r Service has gotten worse each time. This last visit, on a Thursday night was the worst I've experienced in 2 years. Three of us sat down at 730 on the patio, we had a spinach appetizer, 2 pasta dinners and a chicken on the bricks, coffee, and desert and we still got out of there in 2 ... view more

Consistently bad service and the food isn't worth it

The food at Brio is pretty good, but I much prefer their sister restaurant Bravo. To add insult to injury, the service is atrocious! I've been told that I'd have a 15 minute wait and ended up waiting over 2 hours! If you do go, make sure to get the espresso gelato. It's one of the only things that makes the trip worthwhile.

Great customer service

I've never been disappointed at Brio with the food or the service. All of the dishes are delicious, and served consistent and with a friendly attitude. The staff is very pleasant and willing to accommodate your every need.

greatly ran restaurant

From the moment you walk in you see the class. I have dined in this restaurant a number of thimes and I have never once had a less than superb expierience. No other Restaurant that I have visited has been so consistant. Every time I go I am impressed with the knowledge of the server and the personal visit from one of the management staff. The food is definetly something to brag about also. Every time I go I get s... view more

horrible service

My husband took my parents and myself there for dinner on a Friday night. While we were seated promptly, our waitress was an idiot and kept messing up our orders all night. We were never given any compensation for this, such as a free dessert or salad, and she was rude all night. They barely gave me any wine in my wine glass, and the red wine was poured in a white wine glass. When I'm paying $7.95 for a glass of wine... view more

Not bad, but not great

I visited this restaurant on a business trip to Columbus based on the Citysearch rating. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. My expectations were based on my frequent travels to New York, and it did not live up to that. The restaurant is somewhat like a fancy Olive Garden. The food is pretty good, and the service can be spotty. It's not an authentic, family-owned italian restaurant, though.

It just looks like a bad table........

Two of us were travelling on business and stopped in at Brio without reservations. We were immediately seated at a table that for all practical purposes was in the kitchen. The scene was loud, somewhat chaotic, and not condusive to business conversation over dinner. A terrible location I thought until we were offered a free Ceasar salad and a potato dish appetizer that were incorrectly ordered for other tables. A... view more

Worth the Drive

We live and hour and 20 minutes from Brio, but often make the drive solely to dine here. The food (gorgonzola crusted strip steak mmmm), wait staff and atmosphere are all top notch. Once there was a small mistake with our dinner salads - we didn't even notice but we were immediately apologized to by our waitress, another server and the manager and offered free dessert. The tiramisu and pastas are to die for. We l... view more
