The worst service ever experienced - seriously

We dine out a LOT - and have never experienced anything like we did last night (02/06/09). Our server was rude, unsmiling, and did not have a care about our dining experience. One of the people in our party took our complaints to the manager - Rob S - who then proceeded to tell our server - Andrea K - that we had complaints . Andrea K THEN had the audacity to confront us with her hands on her hips! Unheard of! What happened to the old adage - please the customer? We were not looking for a free meal. We were 4 friends, out the celebrate a birthday, looking for good food, good service in a good atmosphere. My friend that had selected the location felt compelled to apologize to us for choosing this place. I cannot believe the manager did what he did - told her about our issues and then ALLOWED his employee to confront us. Please do yourself a favor and keep away from this restaurant. I must say we will always remember our final experience at this joint. It will be for the wrong reasons, of course. Plese note, this is the first negative review that I've ever written. Also note, upon leaving, we stopped by a nearby location - Wendall's Pub -and relayed our experience to the manager - he was appalled - he said, you just don't treat people that way. We will tell no less than 10 people, who will tell 10 people, and so on and so on. We were not difficult customers and are still puzzled why this happened. If you are trying to decide on a location for dinner and Bonefish Grill is a choice - please choose the other! We certainly wished that we would have chose Marcellas last night!

I dined here on opening night and had a blast. The food was delicious, flavored and portioned perfectly. The options for fish preperation are limitless and really allow the customer to have a wide selection of preperation methods for different tastes. The fresh fruit squeezed martinis on the bar menu are an excellent addition to a great bar menu. I had salmon and the mango martini and was not dissapointed at all! People say Columbus is all about Cameron resturants, but this place shows that someone else can do it just as good if not better. Very pleased.
