First off, the prices at pepboys are the cheapest in the bussiness. Firestone, NTB, Monroe or anywhere can't compete with their prices. Get 2 Estimates on the samething and Pepboys is always alot cheaper. The person who Posted that is just a Cheap-skate. Secondly, Pepboys doesnt charge for Alighment Checks. I used to work for Pepboys but now I'm Retired. The Alighment machine has never been broken in the past 6 years. People always hear what the want to hear. What was most Likely said was that a Steering part on there car was Broken and we couldnt Align the vehicle and alighments on vehicles with bad steering/suspension parts is a waist of time. But see thats where Pepboys and NTB differ becuase they dont care. They will Aligh anything badparts or not. I know this because I actually know the District Manager of NTB & all they care about is NUMBERS... You where HIGHLY Mislead... Guess they got your money buddy... This shop is completly Professional. Computer systems anywhere in the world will break every once in awhile. People do get sick every now and again. It's just when people bring there car into a AUTO SHOP. They want things to be done as fast as possible but dont have any automotive expierence at all and dont understand things arent as easy as stapling a paper. Sometimes things actually take twice as much time because 1/2 the cars that come in that area are pieces of crap anyway. Everything is rusted, Corroded or broken. Just seems like everyone wants everything CHEAP as possible but dont understand quality anymore... Live by this people. FAST, RIGHT OR CHEAP (NOW PICK 2)

The folks at Byers Volkswagon are outstanding! In addition to getting a fabulous car, the experience of buying it was fast, and everyone my wife and I met at the dealership was professional and fun to deal with. One of our biggest concerns was whether the car would fit in our tightly packed garage. The salesman, Don Moss, suggested we drive it home as part of the test drive to make sure the car would fit. When my wife returned two days later to buy the car, Byers didn't have the exact car we wanted in stock, but the sales manager found one at another dealership. On the day it was to be delivered, my wife needed to be home to wait for an appliance repair person, and Don Moss was kind enough to deliver the car (spotlessly clean and waxed!) to our home. She hadn't bought a new car since 1995, and Don explained all the features clearly in a way that didn't make her feel stupid. He also obtained good prices for us on the accessories. Tony Cook handled the sales paperwork. In addition to getting my wife through the process quickly and competently, he did her a favor. After she left, she couldn't get her car key to turn in the ignition. She went back into the dealership, and Tony was kind enough to come out and get her car started. Having the accessories installed also went very well. In addition to doing a good job, they gave my wife a loaner, had her car washed and took time to go over the new accessories with her. Fantastic place to purchase a vehicle or to have one worked on! I had our car in for service today and they went above and beyond and did a beautiful job washing the car as well. The General Manager (Freddy Tamayo), Service Manager (Tim Kerrigan), Service Advisor (Frank Guinta) and others were helpful, friendly and professional. Tyson Harris (a Salesman) struck up a conversation with me while I was there, and he was very nice. They have a beautiful new dealership that is accross the road from where they were. It's super nice. Our daughter love the children's play room - where I watched a movie with her. I overhead a salesman do a thorough job explaining the ins and outs of the new car the person was there to buy. There was trail mix to snack on and a variety of drinks to choose from, as well as comfortable chairs and a television in the waiting area. I walked outside and took a look at some cars. They were clean and I looked more than once down a row of cars to see how straight they were. I've worked at dealerships before, and that wasn't easy. A couple of other cool things were the super fast service entry doors! The other was a huge fan in that area. All in all I was treated very well. The atmosphere was professional, and staff was helpful. I love our Subaru, and would highly recommend them. It's roomy, has a nice ride, and the all wheel drive gets around excellent in the snow. I was looking for a vehicle in a specific price range. Additionally, I was looking for something with a little bit of muscle, lower miles and a decent price. I talked with Bob Bricker, sales manager and Dusty Lenz, sales rep. They found a few different options for me and we discussed some different financing plans. My credit isn't horrible, but it isn't perfect, either. When I had finally decided on a car, they called me back and told me about a different vehicle that they had just taken on trade that day. It was a perfect match to what I was looking for. 2005 Dodge Magnum, RT. The vehicle was in great shape, though there were a few things that needed fixed. When I asked them, they worked that into the deal and I still came in almost 2000.00 below KBB on the vehicle. I had one other issue with the car, discovered after having it for 4 days. I called and they had a technician fix it for me...for free. No questions, no haggling, no arguing. I will, without a doubt, purchase many more vehicles from this dealership. They were honest and straightforward and worked with me to ensure I got the very best deal possible. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
I took my truck in for a tune up, and the service and care that Ernie's provided was great!! I was recommended to them from a friend who has been going there many years, and their family goes there too. When I came in here really wasn't sure what was going on with my truck, because it was having electrical issues along with a tune up. The main mechanic and manager Bill worked on my truck, and figured out what was wrong with it, and said it was a confusing thing but he worked on it for a while to figure out it was a short somewhere. They are really friendly, prices are really good for a car repair place, I feel like I can trust what they say, and they aren't selling me extra stuff just because I don't know much about cars. I am not sure what experience the person before had, but it's defiantly not the experience I had. My friend and his family have been going to Ernie's for many years, and have trusted them with the many cars they have had through out the years, and know I trust them too. I will not ever go to any other car repair place and now I recommend this place to my friends.
I wish I could attribute more than 5 stars to my experience at Central Collision! After my 2007 Saturn Vue's door was damaged in a parking garage in January 2015, a friend recommended this shop for my repairs. From my first call to book an estimate to the finish, this was by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair business. The staff is courteous and helpful, the shop is conveniently located, and they made drop off and pick up very easy for me and my busy schedule. Carol coordinated everything with my insurance company to have a rental car brought to me and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I also really enjoyed their easy-to-use website portal that allowed me to check on the progress of my vehicle's repairs. They finished the repairs by the date and time promised and, when I picked up my car, it had been cleaned and looked fabulous. I enthusiastically recommend Central Collision to anyone I know who is looking for a repair shop in Central Ohio. Great place!
I went to Byers Imports to purchase a Subaru Impreza. He spent two and a half hours with me, we found that I was not able to get financed on the exact car I wanted. Most dealers would have just told me to have a nice day, but he found out what other vehicles would spark my interest. He then spent another five hours letting me test drive half the lot before I went home with my Brand New Impreza 2.5i Special Edition. The dedication that I received from my dealer was fantastic, he helped me through the entire process from start to finish and let me control the sale. I have referred several friends to Byers Imports and Chad already and they all have said the same thing: great professional service, expansive product knowledge, friendly staff and a great management team. I will definitely purchase a Subaru and when I do it will be from Byers Imports.
I need a used part for my car and I needed it quick. The guys at Central City Auto Parts tracked down my part, quoted me a very competitive price and well, they were really helpful. All the other yards I spoke to but a few, didn't have the part and weren't interested in finding it for me. The sales guy at CCAP went out his way to find it for me. If only all businesses were run like these guys. I tell all my friends to call them before anyone else. When I came to get my part, I couldn't believe how nice their showroom was and I thought their prices would be higher to pay for the building, but I was very wrong. Plain and simple, these guys rock! I've never had such a good time buying a car. I'm used to having to beg and fight to get any type of information on price, history, financing options and service. These guys give it to you right up front. They're not pushy at all and it is truly a relaxed and fun environment. Best of all was that I got a smoking deal on a BMW 528ix that I bought and I didn't have to go through the three hour beating that you normally take at other dealerships. I don't know why other dealerships don't adopt their business model. These are my &amp;amp;amp;amp;quot;go to&amp;amp;amp;amp;quot; guys from now on. This is the only place in town to buy a car.
Awesome customer service,parts in stock and fast service turn around times! I own a 2007 Hino 338 that was overheating and it ended up being estimated at $1800. By the time it was done Steve had saved me $200 making the bill $1600! Thanks! And I should also mention that they were finished with my truck about 4 hours AHEAD of schedule and shes running much better and even a little stronger I think. Although I live in South Carolina anytime we are on the road near Columbus I will use them for any needs I have! Even I just need an oil and filter change I highly recommend them!!
