We went bowling today for my birthday. Good value but they are short on customer service, after dropping about $60 for bowling and beverages, the time expired on our last game while we were starting the 10th frame. We asked if they would let us continue for about 2 minutes to finish and they refused. A little kindness and customer service in this situation would have gone a long way in making a good day great. Not sure where that guy went but just sounds like an ex employee. Food is less than anyother bowling alley in cbus, not to mention 10 times better. Took my family there for their 7 pins night and had a blast plus I didn't need to take out a loan to play like at the AMF alleys in town. I think its really cool that Wayne visits with all of the bowlers and is just a normal person. Great Job fixing up the old Rainbow lanes. We will be back more often.
Well i had reservation to another bowling alley down the street, and they gave my lanes away for 12u children, i called and they made arrangements tight awayand for a cheaper price! All in all they had fun and ot didn't cost me a arm and a leg.
