My kids have been here for about 2 years now. One is in the Adaptive class. He has been doing so well, I am so pleased. After about 6 months here his doctor asked what we've been doing different because he was getting stronger and better balance. I told him about Xcel and his wonderful teacher. He even stopped in for a few classes to watch. My other son is in the other class and was very shy but had built great confidence and is more outgoing now. This training isn't just kicks and punches like some people think. It is so much more. From coordination and confidence to self-defense and fitness. I love it!

This is the real deal. This is how martial arts training should be. I checked out some others around town and it was some watered down version, basically, play time. If you want to learn to defend yourself and others, and build up your confidence...this is the place. I have been training here for 3+ years. Working hard and earning my black belt!
