This Electric company is good. We don't usually have any problems until there's a big storm, and then they always get it turned back on within 2 hrs or so, they are very responsive. When I need help, they are more than willing to work with me. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because, when we 1st moved n 2 our home our electric bill was 600 bucks too high & when we went 2 R.E.M.C & told them, they tried 2 say it was our fault. After they finally realized it was their meter at the house that was messed up they decides to replace it. So the worker came out & took down the old 1 so he could put the new 1 on. Then about 2 weeks later remc was back at my house for a power outage in the area and I told him our meter had just been replaced. HE SAID" No it wasn't, this is the same one that's been on the house for 6 yrs". Needless to say... NO it wasn't the same 1, I knew it was new but he tried to tell me I was wrong & he knew more about what happened with our meter bc he works for remc. Yea like I wasn't at my home when the 1st worker came 2 replace my old 1! That incident really me upset. Other than that I haven't had too many problems.
