        Overall

        Charged an extra $20 for being in north Columbus and taking the car downtown. Other services charge $50 but he charged $70. Nothing you can do when your in a bind

        Jason provided excellent customer service! He arrived in a timely manner, he was friendly and professional. My vehicle was towed to the destination without a problem! Highly recommend this company!!!
