Happy Nail and Spa

Not only was my manicure a painful experience, but it was unsanitary. After one of my cuticles were cut due to careless handling an obviously used and worn nail buffer was used. They use a low quality nail glue to insure that you'll be back. My nail tech himself had a hard time keeping the fake nail attached to my actual nail before applying the acrylic. A day or two after, I noticed a gap underneath my nails where the glue had come undone and they were now only holding on by the acrylic, which we all know is flimsy stuff. Furthermore, I paid for "gel" nails, but received acrylic power with a gel polish. That being said it's been a week since my manicure and today one of my nails popped clean off. I personally like to get at least two weeks out of my nails consider that I pay over 40 bucks + tip.



This isn't the extent of my complaint but you get the picture. Bottom line, you can find a much better nail salon. Keep looking.

I'm so positiv shocked :) I had a great service ,exactly the way I wanted my eyebrows and I'm a very picky person !! Very friendly and caring ! Specially the girl angel,I recommend her !!:)

Horrible service. I waited an hour in the pedicure tub no one asked me if I was ok or apologized. When I finally got my pedicure the water was cold. I got a full set of nails and before the nails were even done drying the stylist walked out. The paint was awful and chunky so I asked someone there to redo them. She told me that they had a lot of people call out that's why I had to wait so long but there was a stylist sitting at the desk on Facebook. I will never go back they were too expensive for such horrible Service don't waste your time just go to happy nails by 5 guys across from SAMs club

I went to get a set of acrylic nails put on last week and the guy that was standing at the desk didnt greet me just asked what I wanted. He told me to go sit in a certain seat and a lady started doing my nails. She kept asking if I wanted other things done. I kept telling her no. When she was done I realized I had left my wallet so I had to call someone and wait. When I was ready to pay the guy asked where my ticket was and I told him it was on her desk and he walked by it and said go get it I dont see it. I just was not happy with the service here. I will not be going back.

I took my sister here to get a 'polish only' manicure. I told the woman who greeted us that's all she 'd be getting. She asked to look at my sister's nails, and then preceeded to ask her if she was sure she only wanted a polish manicure and not acrylic nails. I was upset by this due to the fact that I was paying for the service and she was just looking to make money.

I took my 4 yo daughter and one other friends out for a princess party and started at the nail salon. They have kids size chairs there and did an amazing job on their finger and toe nails. I don't know if I would recommend anywhere else to take little girls. The service was good, fast, and affordable, what else you want to know?

DO NOT go to this place!!! I recently went there wanting a basic full set of acrylic nails and was told by the tech he would not do that and insisted that he do the solar nail set. After arguing for 10 minutes (and he had already started applying the acrylic for the solar nail) he got his way as it was too late :( And he didn't even do a good job...the acrylic was so thick they looked fake and made it hard to perform daily tasks.
