Hair Plus

I am new to Columbus and went to this establishment on 15 Nov 2013. The lady is a very nice lady, very kind but she did a very bad job with my hair. I have curly hair so I like to keep it in layers and approximately mid back. I told her that all I wanted was for her to trim the damaged ends, to keep it in layers (I repeated this at least 4 times) because that's pretty much what works for me. When she started cutting I asked her not cut too much because I wanted it as long as possible. She kept on reassuring me that even though it looked like a lot she was cutting, that it was not. Then she said that she didn't think the last portion needed cutting. That didn't make sense to me, how can you leave a portion untouched and still have it looking right.

She gave me her mirror and I was soooo upset, I didn't know if I should cry or straight up go off on her. ALL the hair she touched, she cut it to my shoulders and ALL to the same length.... Then I have the hair she didn't touch to mid back.

Usually you can hide little oops with curly hair, but there is no hiding her awful job. She said she's been cutting hair for over 20 years and it's probably true. But if she didn't have experience with my type of hair, she should have been honest with me and NOT touch my hair.

Please beware of her work. She absolutely messed up my hair and now I must figure out where to get it fixed.
