Digital business machines does not repair computers only copiers.I have been doing business with them since 2002 ANd never had any problems

I had my computer for repairs in there. The tech came out and picked my PC up told me we would hear something from them about my repairs within a day. 1 week went by did not hear anything. I called them and they havent looked at it yet. I called back a few days later and they said the mother board was bad and it needed a new one. I gave them permission to get a new motherboard. another week went by without contact. I called once more, to find out my motherboard was discontinued. They did however find replacement. They wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price, plus outrageous labor costs. When I confronted the owner about this problem he got angry and started yelling a cursing at me. I demanded my PC back and that took 2 more days. Finally got it back it, took it to someone else. Turned out to be a power supply.



DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! The service is crappy, so is the business ethics.
