I am in the service business and have ran across many people in my line of work and Allens TV I found to be one of the most considerate companies. The office personal was attentive and cared about my concerns with my TV. They were very quick with the estimate and the repair both. From the time I put my set in the shop untill the time I was called to pick it up repaired I was kept informed. My part was on back order which delayed my repair and although it was not thier fault the were concerned enough to give me weekly updates and when the part came in they installed it the same day & called me telling me it was ready to pick up
Mr. Johnny M. I do not believe you are giving a correct review. The problem you are stating is unknown to the staff of Allen's TV. This is the kind of complaint that we find to be without merit. Our records indicate no one named Johnny M was in our office on or around the week of 1/19/2015. If you have an issue wit our service please feel free to contact us or the B.B.B. in writing. I personally will respond and hope to resolve any negative situation with mutual respect.
