I have never been so impressed with customer service as I was as a result of my last visit to and purchase from the Vitamin Shoppe #678. Due to my inquiry if it was OK to pay with a $100 bill so I could break it, and then my decision to go ahead and pay with a $20, there was confusion when the manager, Jason Simmons, came over to help, took the $100 and gave me change back. I didn't realize it at the time, but I never got my original $20 back. That evening I received a facebook text from Jason. He had tracked me down after discovering they were $20 over when they closed out their register and then remembering cashing my $100 bill. He set aside my $20 in their safe with my name on it and also, with his apologies for the error, gifted me with a bag of Vitamin Shoppe goodies. I am so impressed with the integrity and honesty of this gentleman. He really made my day. I have always had excellent in this store.
