        Since 1962, the Byrd Properties, otherwise known as W. H. Byrd Company, has been a family owned property management company in Columbia, South Carolina with four of the apartment buildings designed and built by Mr. Will H. Byrd, Jr. (Class of 1957 Citadel Graduate)... another unique thing about our properties... we don’t just manage them for others, we only manage our own properties and try to maintain them with the intention of having them for a long time. You can count on us to be there if you have a problem and to offer you a nice place to live without the worry of mortgage payments, taxes and upkeep.
