All the products are very nice and very reasonably priced! Everyone are helpful in giving suggestion when asked for the products.

Promised myself never to go back to any of the Kings beauty supply stores last year the one on two notch I brought three bundles of Bellagio paid over 230 that hair would not hold a curl and the shedding was terrible. I took it back to the store where I was talked to rudely and was asked to leave. I tried contacting this so called bellagio company only to find out that it's no company like that it's actually a casino and hotel in Vegas smh. So my stylist suggested I try this bellatique hair I went too kings on two notch and was told this was a better grade of hair I brought three bundles. This was the worst the thinning happened in three days won't hold color and I didn't even go but a level four the only thing nice about that mess of hair was the packaging maybe they should sell the packaging instead of that fake so called unprocessed hair and the customer service is the worst they walk around won't help u but they could walk around watching u like u going to steal their messy hair advice shop where u r respected and where they sell reputable hair with a reputable company.

New to the area. Was told to go here. Lately I've noticed that if you're not buying the really expensive hair you don't get good service. I work in customer service and I asked for help with a smile and the 2 ladies just looked at each other like they didn't want to help. I really loved shopping here but I won't anymore. Not spending my money and letting you treat me like that because I'm buying a wig.

Do not ask the younger guy there with the black hair for any assistance!! He has no customer service skills and doesn't believe in the customer being right! He basically didn't help me because he said all customers say the same thing after that I was done with him! Ask the workers there or the older guy for assistance if you want GOOD customer service help!!
