Incredible! Dr. Jacobs and his staff have been caring for my eyes (glaucoma) for 15 years. The damage caused before they treated me cannot be reversed but there has not been any additional damage. With his treatment, I no longer need eye drops or other medication. He monitors my pressure at regular scheduled visits. I recently had cataract surgery done by Dr. Jacobs. It was GREAT! I can easily go without glasses now and recovery was a breeze. Dr. Jacobs and his entire staff are top notch. I highly recommend Advantage Eye Care if you need and ophthalmologist.

Dr. Jacob's operated on my mother for cataracts even though she could tell no change in her vision over a long period and afterward had scars on her cornia and has lost a great deal of her vision, as a result. She let him continue to operate - I believe it was two more times on the same eye. It just continued to get worse with scarring - I believe. She no longer can read for pleasure. She spent great time in pleasure reading before she allowed him to operate. I sat with younger people who said that they were waiting to get operated on for cataract even thought they felt like they could see fine. My mother, nor the other people had any visable clouding of the eyes.



I would not recommend Dr. Jacobs to operate on my worst enemy. I went to him, myself for many years and was well, very well and I enjoyed very good care. Something changed. Something seriously changed. I am sorry that whatever was helping him be very capable and kind changed.
