Sine I bought my first new Kia in ‘15 from JTs Kia, I knew I would never buy a car from them again and went straight to Galeana. Jts gave me nothing but problems. After 3 years I FINALLY brought my old ‘15 car to Galeana Kia and they impressed me big time. It was nice to have someone FINALLY listen to me, and not only believe me instead of thinking I’m crazy, but work to FIX the issue my car was having instead of blowing it off. I was very impressed. So when I got in a wreck in 2019 and needed a new car, I knew I only wanted another Kia Optima. I loved my first one. And I went straight to Galeana. My salesman was great- he knew everything about the car and was extremely patient when I asked tons of questions about the car and about the price and about the warranties, etc. Even when I told him I was going to go look around at Carmax he was super polite and never once got pushy or rude about it. I was at Carmax maybe 10 minutes before I went right back to Galeana and bought a brand new ‘19 Kia Optima. Can only say great things about this place!

First car was not good, they let us get another one but didn't take the price of the other car off. It wasn't our fault they sold us bad car. The car now is alot better and classier. But, they need to respect and treat their employees like they should be treated and respect their efforts and hard work and dedication and they don't do that like they should. They need all their commissions not some of it or part of it. If they sell cars, give them what they supposed to have. Somebody pocketing money, their employees not being paid fairly. It's ashamed. I have too many friends that's talking about this. The way these hard working men are being paid is unfair for the way they are dedicated.

The purchase of my new jeep was wonderful. The problem came in when jeep started skipping when I drive it. Took it back bout five times for same problem, still skipping. The people working on it, sucks. Problem still here. I'm totally not satisfied

I want to give a big shout out to Terry Bostick at Galeana! I just purchased my second car from him!!! He made the whole process a piece of cake! He was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot!!! I would recommend asking for him.....he is well worth it!!! Galeana you have an awsome salesman!!!!

We had previously purchased a Kia from Bill and that was the very reason we came back to Galeana. We have had nothing but the best service/experience from Galeana so we decided to come back. Bill was the most helpful yet not "down your throat" salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable and he made us feel like family.

On 11-11-11 I turned in my car for an 60,000miles service which includes a tune-up,oil change,etc. Went on vacation-11-12-11 had to cut my week vacation short by returning the car on 11-15-11. The heat now ,would not/could not be shut off. The A.C. could not be adjusted to balance out that heat.(thank God I did not go to a warmer climate like Fla.)15days later after my second complaint was ''suppose'' to have been corrected.When the car was returned there was an third mishap. A hole was punched into mess of speaker due to negligiance of a tec.That problem was solved in a day!! At that point I did not feel like an ''V.I.P." Because the services was repituious and prolonged. For those 15dys a rental was porvided. ''I'' had to pay for the libility$20/dy Am I v.i.p. or just an avg.Joe? By the way, I wanted to do a survey upon request but never recieved by e-mail or piegon! I left a voice-mail for Service Director no response. Seems to me We've been reduced to the''Peggy syndrome!''No ans.
