I will NEVER do business with this company. I dropped a dress off a week ago of today (April 13, 2011 to be exact) to get a zipper fixed. I was told by a female employee that the service would be $35.00 and that my dress would be ready within 6 days. Well the manager decides to call 2 days before the dress is suppose to be complete to inform me that the female employee is new and that she gave me the wrong price for the service. The manager said I had to pay $50.00 instead of $35.00. I told him just because the employee was new should not make a difference if she had been at the company for 10 years. I was giving a price and I expect to pay that price. If you do not want to honor agreement then I will take my business elsewhere. Long story short he did not want to honor the price of $35.00 so I picked up my dress and took it to another alteration business.



I would not have a problem paying the extra money but you do not call someone 2 days before the job is suppose to be complete and tell him or her there is a change is price. The owner should have called me the next day to inform me of news, not 5 days later.



BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS
