Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a sewer backup into our basement. We called on a Saturday morning and Brian, #921, arrived within 2 hours. He cleaned out the main line and removed several feet of root mass that caused the backup. He was professional, and thorough. After the roots were removed, the backup cleared. Then Brian called a restoration van to come sanitize the affected areas of the basement. We were back in business the same day.

I called on a Sunday evening about our toilet running badly and being unable to shut the water off via the valve. The technician arrived within a half hour, and the repair was promptly made.

Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and was able to fix our rather lengthy plumbing problem. Definitely recommend getting your plumbing issues taken care of by them. Thanks again Roto-Rooter

Roto-rooter came out after 9pm and probably saved me a $1000.00 water bill!!! I had ran my sprinkler system and either a valve stuck or broke and I had a river running down my sidewalk. I called the only place I knew. Dave came within 20 min and ended up shutting off my main water to stop the system to be able to see where the shut off for the sprinkler system was....got that shut off and turned on my main house water again. And this was in the dark with a flooded yard. I was so grateful I was almost glad to pay the after hour fee! Thank you Dave!!

I had a clog in my house I just bought that was backing up both my toilets and my showers. I called Roto-Rooter and they were at the house within an hour and a half as the tech was currently on another job at the time. My technicians name was Dave and he was amazing. Not only did he clear the clog, but he talked with me about preventative maintenance and simple things I can do to help keep things clear as well as information on how to save money for future visits and how often to have these visits. He was a very calm and friendly man who spoke to you like a normal human being and unfortunately that is a lost art in many companies! I could not be happier with my experience!

It was amazing...I called at around 6:45 pm with a clogged drain and the service tech arrived by 7:00. And we live well outside the city limits! The tech was professional and helpful, did the job quickly and efficiently. He was gone by 7:20. The best part is not having to take off work. The down side is the bill (of course) but it is worth it for the time saved and the quality of the work.

Just imagine a wonderful Saturday afternoon with your extended family. Grandma is in the kitchen providing pie baking lessons for the teenager and dinner is only an hour away. Then sewage begins to bubble up through the basement toilet and bathtub. The rug is wet along the basement wall where the main sewer line runs. We called Roto-Rooter for help. They called back within the hour to say someone was on the way. Our technician, John, was friendly and helpful and took care of the blocked pipe rapidly and efficiently. He then used the camera to basically give our house a colonoscopy! We could see the tree roots and old cast iron pipes which caused the problem. We were unclogged and relaxing with homemade pie within a few hours of the initial call. Thank you Roto-Rooter!
