All car washes include vacuuming, door jams, windows, wheels, and tire dressing.

Paint restore:
3 step process, compound, glaze, wax and a sealer.
Mini detail- wash, shampoo mats, clean dashboard, cup holders, clean windows, clean rims/hubcaps,

My car looks like a brand new car!
My car looks like a brand new car! I also have a 2cd Groupon that I'll use this summer because Andre knows how to detail a car! I saw my sister's Honda after he had cleaned hers and it was an awesome job! I went in to the office to meet him and the rest is history! Mr. Jeff sets the appointments and is cool, when you can reach him. T&A clearly needs an Office Manager to answer the phone, keep the voice mail cleared, and improve the customer service piece! (Where's the women's bathroom)? Andre gets an "A" but, the office practices gets a "D"! Also, put a sign on the 1st building directing us to come to the 2cd building which is located behind the 1st building! The business would soar if they bring a family member in with good office mgmt. skills. Finally, the outside looks better than the inside! Clean the junk out of the front office, and create a welcoming environment with a fresh coat of paint! Your business would fold if Andre was not there so keep him happy with a rise or something because he can take his talents elsewhere. Straight Up...Where he goes, we go!!!

This place is a joke.
This place is a joke. I had a coupon from Groupon. I called to scheduled an appointment they never answered nor called me back. I showed up during what they state on their website as regular business hours, and no one was there. I went back on a Saturday to schedule and they were there! I went in and scheduled an appointment, their first available was 3 weeks out, so I took it. I showed up and they lady claimed I was no where on the schedule. I explained to her my whole experience and asked to speak with a manager. A guy came out and said his name was Kie, and told me that I would have to reschedule and there was nothing he would do for me. I walked out, called Groupon, and got a FULL refund. Groupon told me they have had many problems with this Merchant, and I was not the only one they have heard from with a problem. I would not recommend them to any one and would never go back.

Extremely hard to find their shop, hard…
Extremely hard to find their shop, hard to get a hold of and hard to get an appointment. I finally found their shop and walked in to schedule an appointment. I had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone could help me as there was another person in front of me who was complaining about his detail. Once someone was helping me, their first available appointment was a month out, I took it though. I had a small SUV. They did not clean the roof, mirrors, windows, it looks like they did not even wash half of my vehicle at all, my tires were not dressed. I asked to speak to Kie, but they would not allow me to. I tried to tell the people at the front desk, and the technicians my concerns, but they did not listen to me and basically told me they were doing nothing more for me. I was disgusted, and took my keys and left. I called Groupon, as I was not given what was advertised. Groupon gave me a full refund and stated that they have had numerous complaints about this company. I would never go back and would advise every one to stay far away from this business, as they have no idea how to treat their customers with respect.

WORST experience ever.
WORST experience ever. I had a groupon and used this company as I thought it was a good price, boy was I wrong. The employees are so rude, disrespectful and most importantly dishonest. They never pick up their phone or returned any of my calls, so I had to drive to their location and make an appointment. They were booked 4 weekends out, so I took the first weekend appointment available. I was called two hours later letting me know my SUV was done. I was surprised and knew there was no way they were finished. I arrived and the outside of my car looked like it was not even touched, the windows were streaky, the cup holders were dirty, etc. Basically the car was not finished and when I asked them to finish it, the rude lady who scheduled me and the man who did the work both laughed at me and told me it was done and if I wanted anything more, then it would be additional. I laughed, got in my car and got a refund, as they did nothing their coupon said they would do. I told my family and friends my experience and they would never go here, and I would advise everyone to stay away from this business.

Horrible business.
Horrible business. I got a Groupon and had a terrible experience. The girl (receptionist) and the man (car cleaner) were very rude and do their jobs poorly. They treated me so disrespectful. My car did not look cleaned at all and I questioned it and they did not like that I had concerns. I would never go back. Stay away.

Paid to have a Navigation with DVD…
Paid to have a Navigation with DVD player with factory steering wheel control interface and reverse camera installed in my 2005 Toyota 4Runner. After 6 months and my truck being at there shop for more than 80 business hour, I still do not have a properly functional Navigation with DVD player. The steering wheel controls randomly work, the reverse camera randomly work, and the volume level randomly fades in and out while driving. The original installer Travis Franklin gave up trying to fix the problems and the owner Kie has been unable to fix the problem, takes weeks or months to return calls, and he refuses to take the defective product back and refund my money. I now have to take the time to file a small claims suit. I would advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost. While they may have inexpensive prices, they do not stand behind their work or product that they sell.

This place is a joke! I paid for a groupon and basically I got the ol' bait and switch. It was worth what I paid, better yet it wasn't worth even $10. Very poor workmanship, obviously the owner can't think they will survive as a business. A word of advice, "give it up"!
