The staff who answer the phone are extremely rude and in person, they are the same. In general, the staff doesn't seem to like working with animals. The vet who saw my dog was also unmannerly and when she called me to discuss my dog, she sounded irritated and in a hurry.

Our usual vet was sick and our 12 y.o. Golden needed to see a vet due to a sudden illness. Friends recommended Cat & Dog Hosp so we called and were given a same day appt. Staff was friendly and wait time was minimal. Since this wasn't our vet we were so relieved to be given such good care for our visit. Would Highly recommend

I have been using this vet for over one year and have given them numerous chances to improve but I've given up. Every visit I have to wait 30 minutes-1 hour to see a doctor (even though I have an appointment time). I've called in prescriptions on two different occasions and showed up to pick tham up and they did not have them filled, one time they didn't even have the medication in stock! Then I tried to have them approve a prescription with 1800petmeds (two different occasions) and they NEVER RESPOND. I would not reccommend this business to any pet owner unless you have a world of patience.
