        Run away! Used them to do a cleaning before closing on a house. Did an OK job of most cleaning (not so good on toilets; didn't clean one area they should have), but boy am I glad I did a walk-though before the home buyers. The cleaners had broken two blinds and four light fixtures. Had I not done a last walk-through, then scrambled to get the repairs done, the home closing would have been delayed at best or sale cancelled at worst. A so-so job cleaning was marginal, breaking things worse, but NOT EVEN TELLING ME was MUCH worse. I'll go elsewhere next time, and recommend you do as well.
