        We stayed in the sleeper cabins. They were small but we'll maintained. The facilities were older (showers are coin operated and cost $2 for 10 minutes!). Our issue came the next morning. We had paid for 4 nights, but when the owner discovered her sheets on the porch (off of the ground) after my autistic daughter wet them she asked us to leave. First, I told her the mattress was fine and we were intending to wash the sheets that day and put them back on the bed. Second, my child has incontinence due to her autism medication. We took every precaution we could, but accidents happen (which is why I assume the waterproof cover was there to begin with). Who kicks a child with a disability out for something like that? Definitely NOT okay.

        What a great place to make a friend for life! I cannot tell you how much we have always enjoyed our stay with Helen and Debbie. Our first stay was about 8 years ago, and we have stay many times since. Helen is a photographer and a real hunter, along with her daughter Debbie. The restrooms and Laundry are always very clean and you can always find plenty of shade during the hot summer. We look forward to getting back to see these gals again soon.
