I can't recommend this office highly enough! I was new to the area when I found out I was pregnant and needed an OB. This review is long (sorry) but I wish I had been able to find some good reviews back when I was desperately searching for an OB to see me. Being new to an area, it's tough finding recommendations if you aren't lucky enough to have a personal referral you can trust. Throughout the past year and a half, the doctors here cared for me when I had pregnancy complications, then a miscarriage, then uterine surgery, and now with my twin pregnancy. I can honestly say that I have never felt so safe and cared for by any doctor, EVER! All of the nurses and certified nurse midwives are very knowledgeable and incredibly kind and caring. Everyone has a smile and is always willing to help and answer questions. I've had to call in and ask questions only about a million times, and I not only always get a prompt call back but the nurses (the awesome Debbie and Sara!) are patient, kind and gracious. Dr. Andy and Dr. Stephanie have both shown so much personal care and concern throughout the many procedures and hospital stays I've had. I think it's rare for a doctor to be both personable, warm and caring but at the same time very professional and knowledgeable. I trust them 100%! The administrative staff at this office are also very personable and helpful ladies. I often have to bring along my energetic toddler to my appointments and he's welcomed. Many of the ladies in accounting and reception make a point to come out of the office to say hello and ask how we are doing. It's such a welcoming environment! I recently had my mom visit from out of state and she accompanied me to one of my checkups. After a few minutes there, she remarked about what a warm, welcoming, peaceful place it was. Not your typical doctors office. It's just a good vibe that even a visitor picks up on. Expectant mothers who are seen at this office don't always see the same doctor or nurse. This is for your benefit and it works out very well because you can be seen with more flexibility and get the appointments you need. If you have a doctor or nurse you prefer, you can ask to see them specifically! But they are all wonderful and it's reassuring to know that if the OBs need to attend a delivery or something urgent at the hospital, they have a full staff of very professional, competent and caring CPNs/RNs to take care of you at the office. My family and I are SO thankful for everything about this place.

There are (3) things that really stood out while being treated at Memorial Hospital. 1. The delicate, professional care that I received was above any/all expectations. I went in for an emergency C-section nearly on my death bed. My BP was 220-110, all organs were failing. I was hours away from non-existance. My husband didn't think I was going to make it, nor did he think our baby was. The team of nurses, doctors and state of the art treatment facility came through and gave me a jump start in life and a miracle baby born 2 months ahead of time. 2. The NICU was really responsive and catered to every need of our baby. During all hours of the day and night my baby has the best care he could have. He was monitored for breathing and was on a feeding tube. The nursing staff made a Valentine Card from our baby to us Mom and Dad. Additionally, the nursing staff encouraged our baby to get better and wrote a poem that was placed above his bed. They could not be more caring. 3. When we went in for the treatment of the C-Secion and the Baby's visit at the NICU, we came with no insurance. We did not ever feel that we were second class. Eventually, our insurance kicked in right in time, but the Doctors and Nurses were not biased in our care. I strongly recommend Memorial Hospital to any and all individuals that want the best medical care to go to visit the Medical team at Memorial Hospital. Thank you Memorial Hospital. We apprecitate you all very much!
