Laziest trash service in Colorado Springs. Won't pick up your trash unless it is perfectly positioned on your curb, and forget about pick up on windy days, because if you try to leave your cart next to the house or position it right next to your neighbor's so it doesn't blow over, they just drive on by. Watched them do it today. Switching my service next week. Waste of money.

I would like to thank our garbage man for going out of his way to roll my extremely full garbage cans out this morning, and taking my trash!!! This has been an extremely hard week for my family with my husband being deployed and I really appreciate him for going above and beyond his job!

I am so happy with Springs Waste. My first pickup was amazing. I almost missed the driver but the driver seen me bringing my trash out came back around the alley and grabbed the trash. I am very impressed with Springs Waste Systems!
I JUST WANTED TO GIVE A KUDOS TO MY DRIVER – SOMEONE LEFT A LARGE BOX WITH PAPER IN MY DRIVEWAY AND THE DRIVER PICKED IT UP. I REALLY APPRECIATED IT. YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN MY 3RD PROVIDER AND BY FAR THE BEST AND THAT’S NOT TRASH!
they are not very reliable, I have to call the next day for them to come pick up. on the day they are scheduled to show they dont get by tell almost 5pm if at all. just not reliable
I sometimes have an extra barrel along with your provided bin. The man who picked up my trash this morning put the extra barrel inside the bin so it wouldn't blow away. Kudos to your employee!
I have been so impressed with all the staff at Springs Waste Systems… from the office staff to the drivers – I am glad we made our switch! Wendy was such an angel.
Just a note to say that I happened to watch your waste guy retrieve our trash this morning. A small piece of paper fell onto the ground. I was impressed that he noticed it, got out of the truck and picked it up. Little things like that make a big difference. Keep up the good work... whoever our pick-up guy is!
I just wanted to thank Springs Waste Systems and the driver that services my area (3005 Drakestone Drive). I love this company, because the rates are good, and the service is great. If I put out larger loads, the driver always takes it. Every time I call in, the phone reps are very pleasant and helpful. I recommended this company to my daughter who just bought a house. Thank you Springs Waste for being the best trash removal company in Colorado Springs with the best customer service!!

Provided by DexKnowsI have had this company for 10 years at this house. We were sold from the previous compant D and D from a another home. I spoke to" DAN" the owner and asked why are the recyler guys removing the can from the current and past location to drive off down the street and leave it at the end of my yard. He then got loud said I had to may issues and need to find another trash company!...Being ....I won't leave my cans on the side walk so the kids have to go around the trash cans a large tree and a mail box in to the street for going to school. I leave them at the end of my drive way wihich is right at the side walk edge so kids have a clear pass. I asked and asked for them to be put back. The garbage guys now do it. but not the recyle guy. The "DAN" guy then said I was the only person EVER to want to not keep my cans on the side walk. REALLY!!! THAT'S wonderful for them to not care if the KIDS have to walk in the road so thier trash guys might have to not even get out of the truck......while there is two of them in the truck cab. I called and thanked them for the trash guys efforts and wanted to know why the recycle guys couldn't do the same.....ANSWER.....GO get another trash company!!!! PER DAN...THE TRASH MAN. All I asked is why the recyle guy drive my can down the street and left it there? "I don't know" and "whats the problem" was the Dan answer. I asked for a reason and a call back......Do you think Dan Is going to call back......I even during the call had to ask him stop and not to get loud with me.... I think he was trying but was not going to be able to. P.s. we also have had this trash service for 10 years at this house. Many of my family and friends also have it now and can't believe the decine in service from the past companys. D and D was awsome. To bad they were bought by this guy! I do have pictures (As do they) on request of trash cans being left in middle of both drive way entrences and the recycler can left down the road. Wanta see what your in for? Just ask. Good luck

Provided by DexKnowsI love the fact that it costs only $18.00 per month for trash service! I just wish the driver would make sure the trash is emptied...ALL OF IT!!! This is the seventh(7th), time in a year that I came home and could see trash hanging from the lid of the tras cart. I'll be changing soon if this happens again. Cheap price is fine but cheap service is not!

Provided by DexKnowsWe have had Springs Waste for 3 years now. Today was the final straw. We have used our own trashcan, along with the one they provide for several months now. Today the driver accidentally tossed our can into the truck. Customer service called and said, "well we will give you a $10 credit for your trashcan or you can go get it out of the dump". I said the trash can was $70 and their response was, "well you shouldn't have been using it anyway." Really? This is customer service...I told them to come pick up their cans...I'd rather pay more for better customer service...

I chalked it up to " I'll wait until next week" when I heard the truck return and my driver actually got out of the truck and grabbed my can and took care of me. Thank you so much.
