Runners Roost

I love Runner's Roost. I don't know what this poster here is talking about. I Feel as though many people these days expect to be treated like royalty when they go to a store. I have always had great service from RR, and they are always very helpful when trying out new shoes. Every time I go in I spend 30-45 minutes trying on new shoes and having the owner watch me run up and down the sidewalk to watch my gait. I have an ankle injury, and they always make sure the shoes I get don't aggravate my injury. They've always been very helpful and genuine people, but I'm not the kind of person who needs to have their hand held and thanked repeatedly for patronizing their store. They provide good service, I give them business, and I recommend them to everyone I know. Great store.

You know there is nothing that pisses me off more when you are trying to bring them business and they treat you like crap. All I wanted to do was register for a race! That dude with the white hair and crappy British accent WOW!! what a DB!! He tells me only cash or credit and the worst part of it as if I was bothering him.
