RM Windowtint

These guys are hacks, they damaged my car window frame on my 2012 corvette and I took my car into them and asked for the owner to call me and haven't received any call it's been over 2 months and they refuse to do anything about it! They are not BBB accredited so buyer BEWARE! I have to now take them to small claims court!

DO NOT USER M Window Tint!!! They are shady. They lack integrity, sincerity and moral business practices. Legally, we can support our claim and may pursue recourse. The folks at R M Window Tint DO Not honor their word or handshake…for us, it’s the principal of the matter. They are full of promises...until they get your money. Arrogantly, we were informed by their employee and I quote; “They don’t need our business since they work with several car dealerships in Colorado.” Fact: After purchase, we delivered our new car to R M Window Tint for a clear bra and window tint. The clear bra, started to peel on the edges. We brought the vehicle back for repair. During the repair, an RM employee attempted to remove a section of the clear bra and removed some paint underneath the clear bra. After we obtained estimates for repair and then repaired the vehicle out of our pocket, we returned to R M Window to receive services in exchange for compensation since “accidents” do happen. By then, R M Window Tint conjured up every excuse to avoid liability...even claiming our vehicle was in a previous car accident, blaming inferior auto paint and finally blamed faulty 3M product. We contacted 3M with the facts and a 3M representative instructed RM Window Tint to honor 3M’s warranty and submit a claim. To date, RM Window Tint refuses to accept 3Ms warranty credit and R M Window Tint also refused repair costs or exchange for service. They avoid any attempts to rectify the situation or accept any responsibility. You may want to review complaints or BBB prior to giving them your business.
