DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have been taking my dog to Pawcassos for over a year now. Upon these times I have had no complaints and I have also been treated kindly. The last time I took my dog in that all changed. They shaved a spot on his ribs too close therefore leaving a patch. I was ok with this because I received a discount. Just for the record I brush my dog at least once a week. Before I took him to get groomed he had a rather fulfilling time at the dog park making him look crazy. When the groomer returned my dog to me she told me about the spot, the discount and that she had to cut a little low. I was OK with the length, despite what the say, they would not listen to me as I tried to explain. The length was not the problem, it was the uneven hair on his feet, face and ears. I mean there was hair everywhere, long and short. I called to inquire about it, was transferred to the owner/groomer and was instantly met with attitude. She told me that's what I asked for, wouldn't let me explain. I tried to call back again hoping by this time maybe she would have calmed down, I was met by attitude once again. She told me that she didn't understand why I was upset, she made a mistake. And then she told me she never wanted to see me again. From there, after my review on Facebook of my experience Pawcassos went ahead and posted something claiming I do not take good care of my dog. This is upsetting, in the least. A am blown away and astonished. If you planned to take your dog here, PLEASE DO NOT!!! If they make a mistake they will yell at you for just trying to get and explanation and then try to make you look neglectful.
