Myrna's Tailor Shop

When i took my suit to Myrna I had lost 30 pounds and the first words out of her mouth is "Why don't you just get another suit"? That told me of her integrity because she knew it would be expensive to alter. It was an expensive suit so i chose to have her work on it.
I did not have a lot of time before the wedding but she promised me it would be done and, sure enough, she was true to her word and the suit looked like it had been custom made just for me.
Needless to say, I will recommend Myrna to anyone and will not go anywhere else for my tailoring needs. She does amazing work at a reasonable l rate.

I took pants to her and they were cuffed too short. This is a monumental inconvenience to keep going back to her to get them fixed. I'm sure she does a great job on military clothes....she is very close to Peterson AFB, but for civilian clothes I will go to another tailor

After having several people tell me they either could not or simply would not alter my wedding dress, I found Myrna. I swear she is a miracle worker. My dress is perfect, and you would never know that a week ago it was too big and too long. It fits like a dream and she is so sweet. I will be bringing in a few things before I move and possibly making a special trip to have her fix my other dress.

I was recently on maternity leave and brought in my lab coat to be fitted. I brought it in on a Tuesday. When Myrna asked when I needed it by, I explained that I needed it Friday because I was going back to work that Saturday. She assured me that she would have it done anytime after 4:30 that Friday. I live out in Peyton, and because of her great reviews... I decided to take my business to her. I went to pick up my lab coat today with my 2 month and 3 year old, to be told that my lab coat was not finished because she was very busy. I had wasted Gas and valuable time. If she valued her business as a respectable business owner, she would have gave a courtesy call. To anyone looking to bring business, or continue to bring business to her...I would at least take her unprofessionalism into consideration.

I put off getting my wedding dress altered till about a week before my wedding. I decided I wanted to put short sleeves on at the last moment. Myrna went through so much trouble going back and forth to the store to get matching fabric. I came 4 days later to my dream dress! I was SO pleased with her! Myrna is AMAZING!!

I ordered a dress from an online website from a company in china that i had high hopes for. I recieved it five days before the army ball. It was a 200 dollar dress so i expected some quality. However, upon trying it on, i burst into tears. The zipper was broken, the pleating came undone and it was literally falling apart apart before me eyes. The dress was so poorly made that i am convinced that my five year old daughter could have made a better dress.

Not surprisingly the company i ordered it from would not help me. Realizing that i had five days until the ball and not enough time to return the dress, my husband suggested that i take it to a taylor. Thats when i found myrnas! She is an angel on earth. I brought the dress in and she immediately was aware of how much of a disaster of a dress that i was fortunate enough to become the owner of. She eased my worries and slaved over my dress for four days. To the point where i noticed she was staying way after hours, and getting in way before the store opened, just to work on it. She completely restructured it to fit my body perfectly. It is the day of the ball and my dress is a masterpiece at the hands of Myrna! She saved me and i am beyond excited to slip that gown on. I am never one to write a review, as this is my first review ive ever written for anything. But i felt the need to do this to counter the very few negative reviews out there to ease the mind of all of you review seekers. My story proves that she truly will go way above and far beyond for her customers. Her prices are very reasonable. I just cannot thank her enough. I have no hesitation in saying it would be a mistake to use any other Taylor in colorado springs.

She does amazing work! She altered a dress I needed to be a bridesmaid in a wedding that was WAY too big and had a lot of complicated work that needed to be done. She got it done and it looked great!

My daughter had to switch cheer skirts with another cheerleader on the afternoon of their first game. She called me crying and frantic, due to the fact the new skirt was too big. I called a friend and she refer me to Myrna's. We dashed into the shop around closing, we explained the urgency with the skirt and that we needed alterations for the game that was starting at 7:pm. Not to mention, it was Myrna's birthday and she and her family had Birthday Plans. She had my daughter try on the skirt, and the next thing we knew she was making alterations,and what a fantastic job she did at a minutes notice! Not only were we Happy, Myrna was pleased that she could help. I highly recommend to all my friends and family! Thank you
