I have lived here now for 10 months. I enjoyed being here until the roof in my kitchen caved in. When I reported this to management, I was given an eviction notice. I looked up the law regarding this and the management staff here have broken every civil law. You spend over $8000 living here and the first complaint made their answer is get out. The hole is still in my roof and nothing I mean nothing has been done.

This extraordinary property is not for those that are fans of Embassy Suites or Crowne Plaza type properties. It's for those that want more. A true Colorado experience that includes being nestled in the woods, next to a beautiful creek and the best hospitality I've ever encountered. Mary runs the property and is the epitome of graciousness and thoughtfulness without being intrusive. She is quite lovely and genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests. My background is the hotel business and I've worked for many from Homewood Suites to Super 8's and independent "Mom and Pop" properties. It's very conveniently located next to a Safeway and a Starbucks, equidistant to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs proper, close to Garden of the Gods and Bear Creek regional park...it simply doesn't get any better in this area. Thank you Mary for such an enjoyable stay.
