Please don't call these ppl. They will leave you not knowing what is going on on or what to do. My wife had to go get help herself because it was "just a case to them". I would not recommend this company to you

These people are now trying to jump on the elder care """""abuse""""" band-wagon. They are un-feeling. Know N o t h i n g about the elderly or caregiving. They will let you done and eat you up.

Mcdivit Law Firm will take your SSD case no matter how good of a case you think you have then they will withdraw from it just a few weeks prior to your hearing date and leave you HANGING! They did it to me and they will do it to you! They only chase the sure thing! They say they have your back then they stab you in it.

McDivitt Law Firm - BEWARE! I hired McDivitt for a disputed Workers Compensation Claim. McDivitt told me that they wouldn't accept the case if they didn't think they could win it. They said they don't get paid unless you win your case. That all sounded good to me. They accepted my case. They sent a courier to my house for me to sign paperwork. Seemed pretty legit and professional to me. Then after a few months of them having my case and not really telling me anything or explaining anything to me I get a phone call out of the blue from the actual attorney. Before I was only able to talk to the case manager or the paralegal. The attorney said they were dropping my case. I guess I wasn't going to make them enough money. They were only going to make approximately $4000.00 off of my case. They didn't care that they were screwing me over by dropping my case. They didn't care that they were leaving me hanging. I was shocked and very disgusted with them. I DO NOT recommend McDivitt Law Firm! Don't make the mistake I made. McDivitt may be a big name that most have heard of but that name means nothing. They won't do you right or fair. They are all about money and they don't care about the client or the clients best interest! Why take my case and then after months drop it? McDivitt did nothing for me but waste my time and let me think they were handling things when they weren't! Now I'm starting all over again.

Dishonest! They will do anything to get you signed up and once you are, they treat you like a piece of meat being processed at a factory. You will be shuffled from one person to another, and you never know who is working for you. Lawyers quit or are fired there every day. Once you are signed up, they own your case! Despite claims that you own nothing if they do not get you a recovery, their contract says otherwise! Buyer beware!

Run and run really fast away from this law firm. Will smooth talk you into signing with their firm but they will drop the ball! Please hire an experienced lawyer and not an inexperienced person that will jerk you around. Completely wasted my time and screwed up my case. Jordan Frakes tried to negotiate a settlement that I didn't agree with based on inconclusive factors. He tried to negotiate a settlement before a set hearing and when that didn't pan out. He canceled the hearing the day before we were to meet with the defendants lawyers/insurance company when they did not respond. Jordan Frakes had no strategy to win my case. We couldn't agree on the direction of my case so he resigned as counsel. I ended-up hiring another lawyer firm but based on Jordan's errors, my final settlement was less than glorious. Stay away from this law firm!

The attorney and staff seemed to be knowledgeable, aggressive, and more than capable. I think my case was handled in a timely and professional manner. I've got no complaints.
