        I am posting another review, because now I have been to both stores, one in Manitou and one in Colorado Springs. The customer service and expertise at both stores is second to none. I asked many questions before leaving my jewelry to be repaired, and the staff answered all my questions and took a lot of time explaining things to me. Never once did I feel rushed or belittled for my limited knowledge of jewelry. They told me my repair would be done in about a week, and it was done in only three days. And the selection of vintage jewelry in Manitou is amazing, I have never seen so many pieces of vintage jewelry in one place. My next necklace will be from their vintage case! (see picture) Thank you Lane Mitchell Jewelers for being so kind and professional, I will never go anywhere else. You have a customer for Life!

        I've been visiting Lane's Manitou location for years and love the variety of vintage jewelry on display.

        Recently, it was time for me to have a piece of custom jewelry made, so I went to the design studio on Pikes Peak Ave. Lane personally sat down with me and went through 3 trays of sapphires to help me select the perfect one for my ring. He showed me stones in a variety of colors, sizes, qualities, and prices. Once I selected one, he made my ring for me just as I wanted it and ahead of schedule.

        I encourage you to visit both his location depending on your needs! You will not be disappointed.

        Awesome customer service.. Very talented jeweler. I sold gold, got cash for some, then used the rest to make my very own unique custom made mothers ring. I am thrilled. And using my own gold, it cost very little.
