We move frequently so rent rather than buy. This is the best property management company we've ever used by a landslide! The rental process was easy - online application and good communication. Usually when you move in, thru disappear. They noticed the gate wasn't latching and had someone calling to fix it the same day. We had some maintenance requests that I sent at 10 PM. The next day, I had calls from 3 companies to fix all the issues. They are extremely responsive!

This is an overstepping and unethical company. I live in a neighborhood that has Courtney & Courtney as the HOA managers. On May 16th I made an inquiry online in a closed Facebook group, one meant for residents in my neighborhood, asking for names/numbers of contractors that could build a patio cover in my backyard. I have no immediate plans to have this built, I just wanted to get some estimates so I can prioritize my house projects coming up in the next year or two. Yesterday I received a "courtesy notice" saying that I did not receive approval for the patio covering in my backyard, and they included a design review form for me to fill out. I had no building done, not even a temporary covering put up. My neighbors did not either, so its not like they could confuse this with someone else. I find it overreaching for a company to monitor people's online inquiries and send them notices when there have been zero violations. I don't need permission to obtain quotes for future projects.

All I can say is BEWARE... too many things to list. As a perspective tenant watch out! Very unprofessional team. Save your time from hassles and disappointment! RUN the other way!

I worked with this firm for a year as a homeowner and I will never do business with them again. BEWARE!



I personally lost hundreds of dollars when the tenants damaged the house and this firm refused to use their security deposit to pay me back. Huh?? What did I miss there? Staggering that they could treat owners so badly. If you are an owner, never, NEVER trust your property with this group!



Also, at various times, the tenant was found to be in violation of the lease and this firm did not evict them. The neighbors complained to me and called the authorities because it was so bad.

Horrible, dishonest company Courtney and Courtney. Their lease is worded to steal the deposit from the very best of tenants; then you have CONNIE who enjoys doing this. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Lied to us, broke their promise 2 days before our move in to replace the filthy, horrible carpet, saying they "changed their mind" about, knowing we could do NOTHING about it..The plan was in place to do what they did next. (to the next innocent tenants=us), before {we} moved in. Connie did it ..because she can. She knows how.. They are good at scamming... DESPICABLE. Professional CRIMINALS. There is a special place in hell for dishonest people, or companies, who prey upon vulnerable, trusting good people. BE WARNED AND RUN from this company.

The best Property Manager that I have dealt with ever. When we PCS to Fort Carson from Fort Hood we did not see the house but we rented from what we saw on line, their photos and sizes of the room on the internet was great. We shipped some boxes there and the Property Manager put them inside the house for us. They also had a very nice welcome packet for us when we arrived. If there was something wrong with the house they immediately sent someone out to fix it. If any Home Owner is reading this and they are considering renting/leasing out their homes I would recommend using them. I have rented houses where the Property Manager did the annual inspection and did not bother coming into the house. With C&C they did a thorough inspection to protect the home owner. Unfortunately we had to leave them not that it was their fault but the guy who owned the home, he wasn't paying his mortgage even though we did not miss a payment and the house was put up for auction right before my deployment. The Property Manager at C&C was so helpful in helping us find another house and immediately gave us our Deposit back without any questions. This was not their fault and they immediately felt remorseful for the situation.
