We spent more than $20,000 for implants that failed after four years. Insurance will not help this early after procedure. Visited with Pruett - with set of teeth in ziplock bag - and suggested he stand behind his work. He will not. Stay away from this place and go elsewhere. Horrible experience.

the worst dentist ever!!!!!!!

this is the worst place ever they dont care about you all they care about is how much money they can get out of you I had a root canal done and within 1month I had a abscessed tooth which had to be pulled and then get a bridge, so that required 2 additional root canals and then the bridge fell out a couple times and needed to be replaced and there was always discomfort but he said it will go away well it never did an... view more

I got a root canal there, it was bad, 6 months later it still has feeling and is sore. Dr. Pruett would not do anything about it. He said the root canal was fine and won't do anything about it. I would not recommend his practice.

I was charged around $7,000.00...

I was charged around $7,000.00 out of pocket. I do not have dental insurance and needed an emergency crown and cavity filling. A little less than a year and half later the crown just breaks off. They steal your money!!

They bill you without telling you. They told me my insurance will cover full payment of my visit, but then turned around and sent me a bill without telling me. I asked for a cleaning check-up and they told me it will be covered by insurance (free to me), but then Broadmoor Dental billed me $250. Comprehensive care! That is w...

Comprehensive care! That is what the service at Broadmoor Dental is all about. Seems like there is lots of people working there taking care of everything I needed from the paperwork to the treatment. I was informed what needed to be done, why, and cost before anything was done. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

I love my dentist! Dr. Pruett ...

I love my dentist! Dr. Pruett is VERY professional, educated, and EASY TO TALK TO. His office is beautiful, clean and very easy to find. In addition to fillings, I had cosmetic work done, the in house teeth whitening and crowns placed. I have yet to have ANY complications and I receive compliments on my smile all the time. Look around before you let him in your mouth

I spent $3,000.00 + insurance to have Dr. Pruett do a trouble job with my 4 root canals and 4 crowns. It has been a very painful 6 months. It has been 6 months and I have had to have all of his work redone. I don't know how he became " top Insurance Companies as a preferred provider". PLEASE look around before you have him do any work on you or your family.
