I attempted to lease the property at 6015 Ursa Ln. through these people. First was told that if I couldn't meet HER at the property by a certain time that day, she'd leave...thought it was supposed to be the other way around...I'm the customer, you'd think they'd meet me when I have the time. Then I was told the owner allowed dogs. When I said I had a German Shepherd she proceeded to tell me that this is a "dangerous breed" (and too large) and wouldn't be allowed. In fact the State of Colorado only defines dangerous dogs as those who have caused bodily harm, etc. NOT by breed...Then when I asked if she could contact the owner to inquire about this, she said no.
I own property in Texas, so first of all I know that ANYTHING is negotiable, especially something as simple as the allowance of pets and especially if you really need property occupied. Second, I sincerely hope that my property manager doesn't treat potential renters in this fashion. If I were the owner of this property I would highly consider changing property managers.view less
Awful Customer service. Costly negligent repairs by vendors. Poor billing practice.
Charged late fee for trying to utilize there online system the 1st business day of the month. Monday the 3rd. Money was withdrawn in the 5 day grace period and as soon if not sooner than months we submit an "on time" check

Their version of customer service has included not responding my request to speak with them, not answering the after hours emergency service line , and hanging up on me multiple times when we have talked.view less
Wayne is a downright horrible person. He will discriminate against you if you own a pit bull but he won't put breed restrictions in his rental agreement. Maintenance requests are replied if they feel it is important; if you want to get trees pruned or bushes removed plan on doing it yourself. You will want to have an electronic receipt of all requests and conversations with him or his staff because he withholds that information for his benefit. I put in 5 or more requests since April to have my air conditioning fixed, each time the repair man has said the same thing; the AC system is over 25 years old, it needs a new unit, and duct cleaning, but the management company doesnt want to pay for it. So I just have to live with it being 87 plus degrees in my house until summer is over. And the electric bill this summer has doubled to over $500 a month. When I called the company's emergency number there was no response, and I had to pay an emergency plumber and clean the bathroom myself. Then someone mows my grass without asking me, and breaks my car window from kicking up rocks, and the next day the landlord tells me I need to mow and asked if I have a dog, which I do not. This is why they charge a double deposit. Do yourself a favor a rent from someone else.view less
Please note we had to evict the tenant for non apyment of rent and abuse to the property. The tenant was also subleasing property without prior approval, 3 extra people on this property caused many of the concerns he had.Please also note the tenant had not paid the utilities for a number of months and they were being turned off for nonpayment
This company has been a headache since the beginning. When we first moved in to our townhome we found mold underneath the sink and the sink disposal didnt work. Not a good start but they did have the issues addresses quickly. Then we had a pipe leaking from the upstairs bathroom into our laundry room. This took several visits from the plumper to fix it since it only leaked a small amount and was hard to find. This was not their fault but still a pain to have people in and out of your h...view moreouse at least once a month. Finally we get the leak fixed and then we discovered mold from where the water had sat. I call them and told them we needed it removed and didnt hear anything for a week. After that both me and my fiance had had it. We had to call him and argue with him to finally get it fixed. You can imagine how angry we were when we had a mold problem and had our family around it and the real estate company didnt even bother to call us back to get someone out and then wanted to argue that there was even mold present. He had the nerve to ask us to bring a sample down before he sent anyone out!! Finally someone came out and big surprise there was mold and it was removed. Unfortunately the issues dont stop there. When it came time to renew our lease they never contacted me to see if I even wanted to continue living here. I had to call and remind them that we needed to sign the paperwork. Now, the icing on the cake: We have our water and trash bill through the company and in the beginning of our lease they would send statements to infrom us how much rent plus utilites was. Out of nowwhere they stop billing me. So finally I get worried and email them to find out whats going on. I find out they had not billed me and told me I owed money and racked up a $170 bill!!! There are many different types of communication nowa days and I dont see how its hard to tell someone that they owe money for services. They do not call you back for anything, I have had to call and ask whats going every single time we had have an issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.view less
The tenant is now happy and has lived at the property for over 6 months after the minor problems were taken care of .
