They have the worst service in the salvage yard industry . I had a bad experience with them in the past but had no choice but to return for a hood i couldnt find no where else . they down grade there customers and dont care for them . All of the u-pull it prices at ABC Used Parts are available on a sheet at the front counter. Prices do not change. We do not sell doors as an assembly for the u-pull it option. If anyone has an issue with us I hope that they will bring it up with me personally so that the issue can be solved immediately.
The people at ABC Auto are extremely unprofessional, rude, and when it comes to ethics, they could use a lot of help! With any story their are 2 sides. I believe that this individual is clearly upset because of a price difference and nothing more. The significant price difference came from the difference of the customer pulling the part and having a yardman pull it for them. I am sorry that this person had such a poor experience with our company. We inventory our parts to save our customers time and effort. We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service.
