Wow, we were in and out in no time, with…

Wow, we were in and out in no time, with a car that we wanted. We don't study cars too much, didn't know all the models, but sales rep, Shaun, listened to what we were looking for and pointed out a selection of 4 cars and we went from there. Got the car we needed within a few hours with 0 down, low interest, low payments, and full warranty coverage. We love our new used Certified car! Turned out it was the best choice of any brand and model for us, with all the features we really wanted. Usually sales people are rushing buyers, but I'm a buyer that actually rushes sales people, and they were able to work swiftly and give me a good deal since don't have a lot of spare time for shopping. All the staff were attentive, no pressure, customer service oriented. We previously shopped several of the dealerships in Burlingame, but the sales staff were clueless, couldn't find what we were looking for, and we did not return. We are glad we went over to Serramonte Ford. We are really enjoying our Ford Focus.
