Round Table Pizza

Three times a charm definitely does not apply to this Round Table Pizza. Having been a loyal customer of the Round Table Pizza franchise for 30 years, I am now looking elsewhere. This location has delivered pizza to me in the past, but last night they refused delivery. Not only did our last pizza delivery have all toppings slid to one end of the box and take 2 HOURS, but our visit to the same restaurant two weeks ago ended up being a debacle as well. We dined in, and our pizza took almost 45 minutes. I had also ordered a beer, which took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me standing at the bar waiting for my beverage. When I flagged down someone, they told me they were short handed and that I would have to be patient. Needless to say, I did not order another beer. I should have closed the door on this location once and for all, but last night, we decided to give them another chance. Well, they lost my business forever. When I called to place an order, I was told they don't deliver to my location and to call the Linda Mar location instead. I told the employee that they had delivered to me in the past, and he rudely replied I was mistaken. How rude!! I asked him who the store manager was, and he replied he was. His name is Dadie, or so he claimed. I asked him who the district manager was, and he said, "It doesn't matter because HE was in charge" and his decision is final. This man was the rudest, most offensive person I have every dealt with in the entire Round Table Pizza franchise. I will never spend another dime at another Round Table Pizza restaurant. Also, I will be following up with the corporate headquarters
