AT&T Store

Walked in talked to the receptionist named Shay, she told me it would be about a 15 minute wait, waited 15 minutes and I was number 6 on the list. Let her know went to eat at Firehouse, and that I would be back. Came back and I was #3 on the list. Sat and waited another 20 minutes. Saw my name disappeared and asked the manager named Meredith about it. She said I left & went Firehouse and didn't come back in time, I said I came back and my name was on the list and was there for 15 minutes and disappeared. She said I would have to wait again. I don't have time to wait longer as I had to work. I took off work temporarily to get this issue sorted out. I will never come back to this location as they are very disorganized. i sat in the main seating area by the TV that displays your name in line, NO ONE CAME AND SAID MY NAME. My phone wasn’t working, whole reason I was there, so it wasn’t like I was distracted. The employees here need to walk the store and call the name, not just call it at the front where no one can hear and assume you left. I mean come on. I was in the main seating area. I am looking into new service providers as this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this store.
