It is worth it to travel away from campus to go to this bike store. There is one on University Dr that is not very good and has bad customer service. At this one, however, the people have always been understanding of issues and will work with the customer to make it better. They concentrate on keeping happy customers, and that is exactly what they do. Also, the college students who work there are very friendly and willing to help explain whatever it is they are fixing so that you can fix it yourself later. Very solid store, I would definitely recommend it to fix your bike.
