  It is May 14th 2012, I am writing this…

  It is May 14th 2012, I am writing this regarding my stay in room 381 over the last 6 days. The 6th through the 11th. I spoke with a young brown haired lady about a couple of different things and then I spoke to your general manager.
  
  It started on the first day when we were there.We arrived from Buffalo NY at 5ish in the morning and spoke to Ron I believe his name was, af0ter booking my reservation I called the agency back and asked what time check in was and they informed me that
  
  1) I could check in anytime as long as the room was not occupied
  
  2) The pool and laundry room were open to adults 24/7 but children could not use the facility after 10pm
  
  Which was all miscommunicated obviously. Again it is what it is so we paid and left it at that. Your manager seems to believe this is my main compliant which it is not.Why would I come there at that time knowing I couldnt get into the room. We drove 1600 miles I couldve left anytime if that was communicated better.
  
  So when I walked in and spoke to Ron he told me he had to charge me a full nights stay bc that was incorrect info. Fine, we paid $97.00 for the night and he had to check us in and out for that night and then check us back in for the already made reservations.
  
  He also informed me in front of my mother and husband that we were allowed a free breakfast for each member in the room and 2 drinks a day. He did not say it was during a certain time and I now see where it said that on the card however your restauraunt staff kept taking the card every morning so we had to request new ones. So on our 3rd night my mother and I went down for a drink he made it and then told us it wasnt included until the managers reception. So bc of again a lack of communication we paid $12 since he already made them. We are not drinkers so I couldve cared less about the drink itself but felt obligated to buy it bc he had already prepared it,.
  
  We had to return our breakfast to a staff member I believe his name to be Demetrius. 4 different breakfasts in one day bc it was made wrong and I asked him to have the cook make new french toast for my little brother bc with the rest of his breakfast being wrong it wouldve been cold and chewy and all they did was microwave it. Pure lazness. They never had the fried potatos which was on the menu everyday we ordered breakfast. We asked Demetrius to wash the table bc it was sticky and had sugar granuals on it and he said ok and walked away. 15 mins -passsed finally he came back and I said "Please just give me the rag and I will do it" He did and walked away permanantly leaving a disgusting dish clothe on our table. This was like the 3rd or 4th day. The rest of the time was a buffet which I have to say everyone enjoyed.
  
  We had to request towels everyday we were there. The maid the first day came in while we were in the room and tried to clean, so being the fact we were in the room we said to Please just change the garbage and give us fresh towels and condiments and she could return later to vacuum and such.them and again that one night was not the point. And then he basically slapped me in the face with the fact that he was only going to refund me a total of $48 for a stay that cost me $564. lol. How ridiculous.
