        Many bad things: - insulation...

        Many bad things:

        - insulation is horrible, so you can hear EVERYTHING from all apartments around – several levels (up, down, left, or right),

        - tons of dust coming from who knows where,

        - bad smell as soon as you open the door,

        - not safe at all - many things like robbery, home breaking or car stealing

        - MONEY stealing in several different ways from the system they built (fees for “services” you don’t need at all, like trash removal and you have to do it by yourself after all, TV that you don’t want, water that you do not use when you are away for a longer time, etc.).

        Also, getting caught in contract that you can’t get rid of without paying big money. Normal places and normal people would never charge you for such a things. Basically, you get penalized when you finish your contract on time, send in your notice on time, and even that is not enough. They find a way to get more even for very clean and regular situation. Management has very, very thick skin to proudly work there, look you in the eye, and STEAL, a big-time steal.
