I recognize the author of this review. It is filled with untruthful statements. I believe it would be unprofessional and unethical for me to engage in a debate with this person via the internet. My reputation after 40 years practicing law successfully speaks for itself. I never have had any former client write something defamatory such as this review about me and post it on the internet. Again, I know who the reviewer is and she is a confused and angry person. But, she never confronted me with her rage or dissatisfaction with my services. I received no legal fee from her and did not expect her to pay a fee since the matter --- Social Security disability claim --- was a contingency fee case. She had no medical records to be retrieved by me. She provided no information to allow my law office to obtain medical records on her behalf. It would have been a violation of rules of professional conduct to have filed an appeal on her behalf since there was absolutely no factual evidence to support an appeal. She indicated that she understood the situation. When she last appeared at my law office, she seemed very appreciative and grateful for my services. I am saddened that since that day she has developed this bitter attitude towards me and presumably the Social Security Administration for denying her disability benefits.
