Photo Connection Of Colchester

The folks here have been wonderful to me over the years. They have helped me with equipment that I bought elsewhere, and are always ready with helpful advice, even when I'm not making a purchase. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!

The woman sales clerk is rude. Worst customer service.

ZERO stars.

I have visited this store numerous times. Everyone has bad days but the woman in the store is arrogant and rude. Rolls her eyes to show you how stupid your questions are....spend your money elsewhere where they value their customers.

Just left photo Connection in Colchester where I had bought a 35mm 1:1:4 sigma lens about 6 months ago. Bought it used. Today I brought the lens back because I had used it once and was not happy with the photos it produced. I was told that it had a small scratch in the lens, remember it was USED when I got it. Now they have no interest in the lens. BEWARE WHAT YOU BUY HERE! They will talk highly about there product then once it's out there door just happy to get it sold. I will drive to B&H in New York before I drop another penny at this location.

This review is long overdue. These guys are fantastic!! They are friendly, know their stuff, and are very helpful in person or by phone.
They have printed photos, photo-books,even photo-T-shirts for me. They convinced me not to buy a lens I didn't need, and instead recommended the perfect upgrade to a camera housing that was a perfect fit for lenses I already owned.
They knew I hoped to pick up my camera before a trip to the Cape, but was short on time. Mike wanted to DELIVER it for me, and by the time I swung by to pick it up, Jeanette had charged the battery, and preset time, date, and menu settings so it was ready to shoot! I got out of the car and snapped a great sunset shot first thing!
They even threw in some gear with my purchase!

The Photo Connection of Colchester is a store that meets the needs of people interested in photography and is definitely an asset to the town.

In addition to the basic photography needs they provide frequent vendor demonstrations which allow consumers to try out the equipment, along with professional photography seminars and various educational classes.

Mike & Jeannette are very knowledgeable about all the equipment and go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction.

Lady Sales Clerk is very negative and does not want to bother helping the customer. Makes you feel stupid. I wanted to support a local business. Big mistake. Go elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer to this great store for years now and I couldn't ask for better service. The owners are very professional and very helpful with ALL of my photography needs, and because it is a REAL camera store, with REAL camera people running it, is the reason why I am a repeat customer. Very helpful, customer service and the type if store that will bring you back for more.

This local store is Great, their work is great and service is also wonderful!
