Purchased numerous iPhones & iPads from this store. Was a hassle purchasing & activating them. Was sold the Geek Squad warranty plan. Spent $240 on 2 phones ($500 total) to find out that my plan expired a week or 2 before I really needed it. No apologies, no "let's make a happy customer" deal, just "go pack sand". Thousands of dollars spent at Best Buy... They will NEVER see another dime from me. What's the true cost of a lifetime customer... Surely more than a comped service call.
