I am sorry that is how you describe the events of that evening Scoop. I remember you asking me to move forward, and I told you that my Customer was walking towards me as we spoke and that I would be out of your way quickly. It was about 1:30AM and the flight was delayed by almost an hour, so I understand why you were frustrated. If you remember correctly, I first said I would pull forward, then I noticed my customer. You sacastically said "Thanks for being so helpful" and I replied just wait a minute and I will be out of your way. That is when you started threatening to call the owner and complain. I informed you that I was the owner and you would be calling me. I never used any profanity and tried to be as professional as I could, knowing that you were upset. I didn't want my customer to see that, so when you walked up and asked me my name as I was leaving, I just said have a nice evening and drove off.
