Do not use this company if you want your trip to be done correctly!! Judy messed up my airline tickets coming back, booked us in a hotel with only a king bed knowing full well that there were 3 of us and had our hotel and rental car booked at premium prices. I cancelled everything and redid it myself and saved hundreds of dollars. When I tried to talk to her she was rude and would not fix any of her many mistakes. Worst service ever!!!
My experience with Travel by Ginny has been just wonderful. My contact with the travel consultants was superb. The cruise they helped me find was perfect for me and my sister. We had a great time and when we had questions our agent was ready to give us answers or do the research to find them. I will book with them again.
There really know there stuff,They went above our goals to what we ad planed for our trip.My famliy and I had the most fun you could have on a ship.Travel By Ginny put everything together for us so allwe had to do is have fun.We did have some trouble with our dinner when my son got sick so I called Travel By Ginny and they called someone on the ship rite away and took care of it.Now thats what I call service.
