I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to James the owner of JAG Window Tinting and his staff for my family's experience with his business. I have lived in this area for over 40 years and have had many cars with many tint jobs. Everything from doing it myself, doing others, to having it done because I don't want to do it anymore. Since I keep all my cars for a long time, I was in search of the best window tint business I could find. Through a bit of research and comparison, I contacted JAG Window Tinting. I sent my initial email in the early morning hours and by just after 8am James replied with a quote and options. I immediately contacted him via phone and right away I felt that he was in tune with what I wanted. He walked me through all the technology, legal issues, and application options then set a time to meet that would fit both our schedules and have the car completed the same day. Upon dropping my car off, I was initially impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the shop and shop vehicle since it was not in the best part of town. When I met James, he was well dressed, clean, carried himself well, had a firm handshake and looked me in the eye. He was respectful and courteous. A true professional. Don't want to get all bromantic or anything, I was about to make a substantial investment and felt confident that I had made the right decision to give him my business. I got the impression that he was treating me as he would treat his own family by not cutting corners, using the best materials, and giving me best job possible. Throughout the day with emails and phone calls, James kept me informed as to my cars status and that he was going to attend to a previous customer who walked in and required some special attention and that it may affect my completion time. It did not. James sent me an email with a pic when the car was completed. When I arrived to pick up the car, James took me outside for a final inspection. He checked and double checked all surfaces to make sure everything was in order. Once he was satisfied, we completed our transaction with all paperwork and warranty information. The car looks amazing and there is not a bubble, wrinkle, or blemish anywhere. Perfect job! I know this is a lengthy review but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with others. It was a lot of the "little things" that really set this business and the professionalism it demonstrates apart from the rest for me. As we all know, the tint business can be a little "shady". Not here! James is truly a professional and runs a professional business in my opinion. I look forward to giving him my business in the future and will urge my family and friends to do so as well. I have had several cars tinted over the years in Brevard county and it was always somewhat of a gamble, from bad attitudes to bad tint jobs.
