        I waited 45 minutes! I left and will not go back! They sent me 3 texts and called me to make sure I was on time and then....never again!

        very poor

        Worst place ever! i had my sons glasses ordered over a month ago and when I call, I get, " we will check and then call you." I am still waiting for that call!!! so, I call again for the umpteenth time and get, "estimated date is December 26th." She never attempted to go look or at least fake like she did. Just in the last month, Dr. Barkers office has gone downhill in the 12 years since my family and I have been going there. I guess I will find someone else in Lubbock like my friends did. Very dissapointing....
