I had my 2013 Camaro painted at Mario's, they are super nice people, they treated me like family, they did a great paint job on my car and it was done within 1 week, I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality paint job.

I was rear ended at a red light. The person was distracted and didn't even slow down for the light. I took my car to Mario's and it looked brand new when I got it back. The people working there made me feel like family!

Great family owned business with friendly and professional service. I have become a repeat customer for many reasons, the owner is very friendly and sincere, has always given me the most realistic and reasonable quotes. I have repeatedly been pleasantly surprised how reasonable my repair cost have been. My car not only looks beautiful they detailed the inside, it looks amazing. Go here before you go anywhere else!!! This shop is the BEST for customer service and quality of work. You will not be disappointed.

They were very fast, and friendly. This is a great family oriented business. They fixed my car and cleaned it out and washed it. This place is great!

1) Scam artists

- Charged us for a new battery, but didn't put it in, causing my wife to be stranded with a dead battery.

- They forgot to fill the coolant system, and when my wife got the warning light, they told her the water pump was leaking and tried to charge us. We went to Bell Tire and they checked the system and said the pump is fine, refilled it and all is well.



2) Shotty work

- Completely missed a broken motor-mount from a front end collision.



3) Slow

- Took over twice as long as their estimate.



4) Unprofessional

- They didn't feel like putting a hub cab and engine cover on, so they just threw them in the back seat.



5) Poor communication

- Owned by father and son who communicate poorly and blame each other for their shortcomings.

I stopped into this shop because I needed an estimate for my insurance company. The moment I stepped into this shop I could feel the love and respect that is shown to customers. Luigi was the person helping me and he had me with his big smile and helpful attitude. I later called the shop to ask Luigi if he could help me fin a place to have maintenance done to my car. A place that wouldn't take advantage of me being a lady who doesn't know everything about car . He was more then helpful, told be he could recommend me to places that would take care of me. In the same way he had. Especially because all I needed was an estimate, but that didn't stop him from treating as a patron that was spending a whole bunch of money. I would most definitely return here for any collision needs or any advice with my car. I advise anyone to do the same.

A job very well done! There had been other work done on my vehicle that wasn t holding up because of the lesser quality paint that had been used in the past. Though we couldn t settle on a price to have these redone, it was obvious why when I went to pick up my auto. The craftsmanship was top notch, no short cuts. They also buffed out some spots and touched up others that made a huge difference in the appearance of my auto. Since I did not have rental coverage, they got me in to a car on their dime. If that wasn t impressive enough, they detailed the inside of auto too! My vehicle felt nearly new again! Also, they are State Farm approved, so no hassles with the insurance company.

This is the worst shop in metro Detroit, I've never encountered such rude owners, and they took forever on my car, and they didn't even finish the job right. Just go to Collex, and they suck, but way way better than Mario's!!

We recently encountered two incidents whereby our Envoy was nearly totaled; however, we wanted our automobile restored. Our Family enjoys its comfort and we had no intentions of purchasing a new automobile at this time. You repaired the damages and far exceeded our expectations. Our Envoy literally looks brand new.

My C6 Corvette met a tree and the damage was devastating. Mario's had buffed out my car after a minor accident the year before FOR FREE, so naturally I went back to them as I knew I'd be a valued customer. Luigi assessed the damage, communicated with my insurance, helped coordinate the rental car, and remained in constant contact with me during the repair process. He provided honest and accurate information and in three weeks I had my car back. I have a lifetime guarantee for all repairs and a detailed print out of all work performed. My car is 100% perfect and I would recommend Mario's for all collision needs. The exemplary customer service paired with the top notch repair makes them number 1.

Just moved into town and came across mario's. After my car was towed to mario's I was shocked to read the negative review a few days before picking my car up. After picking up my car everything was great! They cleaned my car inside and out and it looks better then it did before getting into the accident. They also did a great job fixing up the smashed up parts too. The guys at the shop Mario, Jeff and Luigi made sure I was very happy and told me to come see them if anything ever popped up with the repairs to the car. I'm so glad the other review was wrong.

Marios Body Shop has repaired many vehicles for me over the last 30 some years and I have always been very satisfied with their workmanship. If after the repairs were complete If I ever had any issues they were quickly adjusted. The vehicles were returned back to me clean and looking just like new. I have referred many friends and relatives to Mario's and they were very satisfied with them too. This is a great place to have your car fixed!

This is the worst repair shop that I have ever been to! It took over 2 months to get my car back and the repairs were still not complete. What they did attempt to fix was not done correctly and needed to be redone. On top of all of that, both Mario and Luigi lied right to my face! I would never ever go back there again!
